Whilst enjoying my summer holiday at the beautiful Mornington Peninsular I took it upon myself to uncover the best of beach style it has to offer.
What I found was a huge range of original and inspiring furniture, decorative features and personal items with a unique beachy feel. From Dromana, Rye, Blairowrie to Sorrento you can find a mix of shops to help you create a beautiful beachy home...
If you like the maritime look......... i found these beautiful accessories. You cant go past Salt Water in Sorrento.

Distressed wood and layers of weathered paint invokes a feeling of weathered old boats. Using this wood anywhere can help create a beach feel.Use crates or old grape baskets or troughs for your plants herbs and veggies.
There are lots of options when it comes to wicker furniture. All of these are classic styles but there are so many options you can select a style thats unique and reflects your taste.
Accessories for your alfresco area can be traditional or you can pick more intricate oriental ornaments that still have a beach feel.
